Spent yesterday doing some yard clean up and mulching, it is amazing how mulch makes the garden look better. Miley spent the afternoon outside helping mostly like a union worker, sitting back and "overseeing" what I was doing.
We started puppy-kindergarten, she did great. She already can sit, sit stay, and come. All for treats of coarse!
Between commuting and spin class I am getting in more hours riding this fall than last. That is a good sign. My back is not improving but I don't expect that it will until there is some kind of intervention medically. I go to the spine doc on Thursday, keeping my fingers crossed that he will have a plan to make it better or more manageable. Sleeping is interrupted every night because of pain. Maybe the Temporpedic bed is in order, although I can't afford one now with vet bills and dog food. Oh well, I wouldn't trade my Miley.

Hey Michelle,
What a cute new pup! You lucky girl you. Sorry to hear you back is still bothering you - I found a new LMP to work with and she's good at helping injured athletes get back on their feet. Worth a try I suppose? Her name is Sarah Ellis 206-368-3987. She was a dancer and got in a serious car accident where the doctors told her she wouldn't dance again, and quite possibly not walk. 6 months later she was dancing again. Maybe she'll have a new spin on things?
Hope you're enjoying the sun!

What a sweetie! My sister-in-law calls that helpful role "stupervising." :) Hope you find the right therapy for your back.
Thanks for the recomendation Jen, I will see how things go on Thursday.
Hopefully Miley will like to go to the track next year so I can race!!
